The Warner Building has a three level parking garage. Self-Parking, reserved and ADA compliant parking spaces are available in the garage. For tenant access to the garage, please contact the Property Management Office.

Garage Hours of Operation and Parking Booth Attendant Hours:
  • 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Saturday
  • 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Sunday
The garage is accessible 24/7 with both a Kastle and authorized PMI card.  Enter and Exit the garage from 12th Street.


Garage Access

To use the garage after hours, tenants must have a card issued by both Kastle and PMI. The number of parking spaces each tenant has is based on the terms of their lease. To get a parking space, please contact to set up a parking account.

Note: The entrance to garage is 6’-1” high.

Customers are invoiced monthly for the parking. Individual payments are made to PMI’s office at:

Lost Park Card
If you lose or damage a parking card, please report it to the Monthly Contract Administrator, Ann Bethea at (202) 785-9465. A replacement card will cost $25.00. If the card is damaged, please return to the parking garage manager so it can be replaced at no charge.
After Hours Operations
