In order to ensure that all deliveries are dispatched quickly, efficiently, and safely to tenant floors, JBG SMITH requests that the following procedures be used:
All deliveries must be made through the loading dock to the service elevator (elevator #1). Only the service (freight) elevator may be used for deliveries. In order not to inconvenience other tenants, deliveries should only be made during the following hours:
- Monday - Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
To schedule a delivery or reserve a service elevator, submit a Service Request via JBG SMITHConnect.
UPS, FedEx, Airborne and Early Bird are approved to make deliveries to tenant suites. However, each courier service must check in with the Messenger Center where they will be given a Kastle access card so they may access the elevators. If there are any special delivery issues, please contact the Property Management Office in advance. The building owner will accept no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, items being delivered.
