Visitor Access during Business Hours
If you are expecting visitors, please use My Kastle to the send the visitor name(s) to the Atrium lobby desk. When the visitor arrives, the Security Officer will check the system. If his/her names is there, he/she will be given elevator access so they can go the tenant’s suite. If a visitor arrives, who is not in the system, the lobby attendant will call the tenant to let them know they have a visitor. Tenant Services
Visitor Access after Business Hours
If you are expecting visitors after hours (7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.), or on Saturday, Sunday or Federal holidays, arrangements should be made directly with Kastle Systems to have your visitor admitted to the building.You can contact Kastle at (703) 247-0412 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Kastle will need the name of your visitor, date, approximate time of arrival and the name and security key number of the person authorizing entry. When your visitor arrives at the front entrance, he or she only has to pick up the access phone and announce his or her arrival.
Unannounced Visitors after Business Hours
In circumstances where an unannounced visitor arrives at the building after hours, the visitor simply picks up the telephone at the 12th and E Street entrance and states his/her name and the company he/she wishes to visit. Kastle Systems will then call the lobby attendant and request permission to admit the guest. Once inside the building, the visitor must sign-in with the Atrium Security Oficer. The lobby attendant will notify thetenant, who must come get the visitor and escort them to their suite.
