The Property Management Office assigns new tenants a mail box which is located in the mail room on the Atrium level. The room can be reached from the east elevator lobby and the east service elevator (#7). The U.S. Postal Service delivers mail to tenant mail boxes around 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Any large items will be stored in the shelves located below the mail boxes. If tenants decide they need a larger mail box, they can contact the Property Management Office.
The Warner mail collection boxes are located adjacent to the tenant mail boxes. These boxes are for lose mail and mail tied in small bundles only. The mail is collected by the U.S. Postal Service, twice a day at 10:20 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. There is no mail delivery or pick up on the Saturday or Sunday.
Large bundles of mail should be put in trays or mail bags and taken to the mail room for pick up by the U.S. Postal Service. UPS and Federal Express drop boxes are in the Mail Room. Final pick-up for Federal Express is 7:15 p.m. and UPS is at 7:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
The closest U. S. Post Office is the Benjamin Franklin Station located at 12th and Pennsylvania Avenue, NW (2 blocks south from the 12th Street entrance).
